In 1-3 days, our team sorts everything left in the home.  We promptly deliver donations, recycling, garbage, and environmentally sensitive chemicals to their responsible designations. Your project manager coordinates sales of items, brings in charity resources to save you money
and is always on task to efficiently finish your project as scheduled.

In 1-3 days, our team sorts everything left in the home. We promptly deliver donations, recycling, garbage and environmentally sensitive chemicals to their responsible designations. Sales of Marketable Items

It is our goal to make this project as efficient and economical as possible for you. Your project manager coordinates sales of items through local vendors, and online sales. We will market items that have perceived market value over $100 and facilitate sales. 60% of the proceeds of item sales will be credited
to the clean out invoice.

Donations

We care about the environment and ideally we want your items to be appreciated again so we donate as much as possible. We also incorporate our charity partners for pick-ups to save you money. Clients are provided all tax-deductible receipts for all donations when requested.

Recycling and Garbage

First we recycle as much of the non-donation items as possible, then we responsibly allocate garbage and environmentally sensitive chemicals. Managed Moves works with ECR (Environmentally Conscious Recycling) for everything from box springs to hard plastics. We have found ECR to be economical compared to Metro garbage distribution.

Deliveries to family

We can incorporate local deliveries to family into your project. Managed Moves can also pack and arrange shipments for those long-distance family members as well.
